As an avid hunter and land owner myself, I understand what it takes to maintain hunting land and to preserve it and sustain the wildlife that depend on that land.             I am an Auctioneer and have a true love for the auction industry and keeping the auction method of selling real estate alive & well. There will always be a need for an Auctioneer in the real estate world. Usually I am the one working for the Seller in making sure their largest asset is handled in the best way possible but I do also work with, advise and represent Buyers in auction situations when I am not working for the Seller.

            When it comes to personal property we do provide auction services. We specialize in firearms & related items. I am a CLASS III Federal Firearms Licensee and also perform Certified Firearms Appraisal work. We also handle larger items such as agricultural equipment and heavy construction equipment. I am a Certified Personal Property Appraiser and perform appraisal work in the United States as well as Canada.
